I’m 21, was award of the state till i was nearly 19. I am now a full time student and really needing some sort of health insurance. I have no idea where to start. My work offers plans but its around 150$ a month but that honestly is outside my budget range. if anyone can point me in the right direction where i should even start i would greatly appreciate it.

Here is the story.. Both my wife and I work and have own health insurance plans though companies. I planned to switch her to my plan during the open enrollment in August as mine offers better benefits and it would be effective from September 1. Now, we just learned that my wife is 4-week pregnant. Will we have any trouble claiming for the pregnancy-related bills from my health insurance provider (Blue Cross Blue Shield) after the switch? Another question is that, the first doctor’s visit is coming up in a few weeks. Could my wife use her insurance for the first visit, then use my insurance after the switch for subsequent visits as well as the baby delivery? Thanks!

I suffer from toenail fungus, and I’ve tried ALL home remedies available without success. I’m also about to buy health insurance. I thought I would take this opportunity to finally visit the doctor and get rid of this problem. My questions are:

1. Which health insurance plans offer the best coverage to treat toenail fungus?
2. Do they cover the medication and the surgery required in some cases to remove the toenail?
